An Animation based
on a fairytale.
Client: Student Project
This is an animation of the fairytale King Midas and the Golden Touch. For this piece, there are many masks in order to create the affect where King Midas turns objects into gold. All of the characters were created with a more minimalistic style, which becomes more detailed the closer the shot is to emphasize the scene more. The voice over is also integral to this story for viewers who have never heard of this fable, and was done with a British accent to add more of a fanciful tone to the piece.
